Website Policy
The purpose of the Website is:

  • To serve the fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous in Northeastern Ontario.
  • To serve as a resource for AA members, professionals working with alcoholics, the media, and the public at large.
  • To provide accurate and consistent information about Area 84 Northeastern Ontario and Alcoholics Anonymous
  • To provide information about AA services and activities provided by Area 84
  • To encourage participation of members, groups and committees in AA services and activities.

Additionally:

  • The content is primarily drawn from existing AA materials.
  • The Web site provides contact information to AA World Services, other areas in Ontario, Sudbury Central Office, Meeting Lists, and Answering Services in Area 84.
  • This Website will not publish anyone’s name (first or last) or phone number or any other personally identifiable piece of information.
  • Current Policy is subject to review and revision.

To have an event listed please send your information to: webmaster@area84aa.org. Flyer submission guidelines: please submit in Microsoft Word (.doc) or PDF file (.pdf) format that do not reference first or last names, personal phone numbers or email addresses containing personal names as per guidelines.
